You can park your car in our large car park whether you’re staying in the Lodge or at our guesthouse.

Yes, there’s Wi-Fi throughout – you’ll be given the password once you arrive.

Unfortunately, there is no oven in the Natz Lodge, but there is an induction hob. The apartment also has a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave and a kettle.

We’re sorry, but we do not allow pets in our Lodge.

The Natz Lodge will be ready for you from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate your holiday apartment by 11 am on the day of your departure.

We ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking price.If you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking price;If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the booking price.In the event of early departure or late arrival, your accommodation will be charged for the full booked period: if notice of 7 days or more is given prior to arrival, we will charge 75% of the total booking amount.We make a charge of €50 for final cleaning for stays of less than 4 days.

Yes, for an additional charge of €25 per person, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at the inn next door. Just let us know!

The natural world is right outside the door, so there are plenty of great hiking and mountain biking routes to choose from. We recommend trips to the Platzerer Jöchl, the Völlaner Jöchl, the Gfrillner Laugenalm, the Laugensee lake, and the peaks of the Kleine (2,297 m) or Grosse Laugenspitze (2,434 m).Those who fancy a dip will be in their element in the Felixer Weiher, Lake Montiggl or Lake Kaltern – or you can take a trip to the thermal baths at the Meran Therme.In winter, the ski areas of Meran 2000 and the Schwemmalm in the Ulten Valley are close by; a snowshoe excursion in the nearby mountains is also a wonderful experience.We all know how much children love animals, so we highly recommend a visit to the Reinguthof Animal Park, just 2.5 km away.What’s more, your children can have plenty of fun on our playground – in winter we even have a small toboggan run!
